We need expertise in the following key areas:
• 5+ years active experience in Project Management in IT / Software field
• 3+ years active experience as Project Manager in an Agile environment with Agile methodologies
• Very good understanding of the entire Software Development Life Cycle
• Very good understanding of project management methods, processes and standards
• Excellent customer facing skills, motivated and dependable, has initiative, understands responsibility and budgets, team player
• Very good written and spoken English communication skills
• MS Office Project / MS Project Server experience

Advantage:
• Previous experience as a Scrum Master
• Finance / Banking / Payment processing domain knowledge
• Written and spoken French communication skills

Responsabilitati

• Managing multiple IT projects with possible geographically distributed teams from multiple Endava Delivery Centers and components from the fields of Software Development, Software Testing and Application Support.
• Communication and client facing with key role in managing multiple stakeholders in large enterprise client types.
• Managing the project’s delivery on time, on budget, according to customer’s specifications and desired quality.
• Strategic role in project initiation, and planning.
• Participate in mobilizing high performance teams.
• Preparing periodic reports, progress, status or other special reports for management.
• Participate in staff evaluation process.
• Participate or lead specific Process Engineering groups.
• Participate or lead specific Project Management discipline activities.
