    Sales Development Representative role is an important part of Randstad Romania's immediate and long-term growth plan.

    The Sales Development Representative role's focus is to engage potential clients via cold calling and facilitate face to face and video-call meeting.
    This process includes maintaining precise and accurate information within the customer relationship management system (CRM), so attention to detail is a must.
    The Sales Development Representative is also responsible for maintaining relationships and excellent communication with the Operational team or Sales team, so attention to internal customer service and business strategy is also a necessity.

    Our ideal candidate would be goal oriented, and have the desire to achieve at a high level.
    Adaptability, feedback, collaboration, and fresh ideas are needed in this role. The role is a hybrid position, so Sales Development Representative must be able to work independently as well as on a team. A successful Sales Development Representative is not afraid to pick up the phone and conduct a high volume of dials. Comfort with cold calling is a must.

    Responsabilitati

    Essential skills and experience required:

    - 1-year experience cold calling to set appointments, in HR services or other related domain;
    - naturally self-motivated, driven, and competitive;
    - positive attitude;
    - excellent oral and written communication skills;
    - team spirited but able to work autonomously with minimal oversight;
    - reliability and punctuality;
    - detail oriented;
    - adaptable;
    - quick learner.

    Beneficial skills and experience:

    - familiarity with CRM software;
    - proficient user of MS Word and Excel;
    - we like to have fun so a sense of humour is a plus :)
