    The main objective of this SkillShop is to prove how much a good question values it’s asked at the right moment. Our trainer will present a Questioning technique that can be uses as well in the proffesionel life as in the personal life.

    Through the practical cases the participants will have the possibility to experience the “life” of an IT support technician.
