MassMutual Romania Technology Graduate Program (paid)

As part of our growth strategy for 2022, we will continue expanding our team and strengthening our market-leading position with top talent in Romania. In 2021, our hiring efforts targeted mostly senior professionals; this year, we are launching our first graduate program open to 25 final year students or graduates from local technical universities.

We want to provide participants with an advanced learning opportunity in Java, .Net, or Cloud & DevOps. Students will gain an in-depth understanding of these areas of technology and exposure to real-life business examples.

Training sessions will occur in a hybrid environment, partially on-site in our offices in Cluj-Napoca or Bucharest, and partially remote. The sessions will take place under the supervision and guidance of local mentors and senior coordinators from MassMutual Romania. Our team will ensure that participants have all the tools and preparation to transition to a full-time employee at the end of the program.
