Senior Project Delivery Specialist

You will work closely with an international team across business units, including various factories and across functions to ensure smooth and timely deliveries for our transmission products.

• Successful delivery of a wide range of transmission products, based on technical requirements, including Power & Distribution Transformers, High Voltage Circuit Breakers, Surge Arrestors on time, to quality and within budget, ensuring the Company revenue and profit expectations are enhanced.
• Partnering with overseas factories and local service teams from Order through delivery up to handover in accordance with the client schedule and quality requirements and always ensuring strict adherence to client and Siemens Energy EHS requirements.
• Creating and maintaining project timeline, tracking progress against milestones and adjusting schedules as necessary to keep the project on track
• Responsible for technical documents and certifications management within projects.
• Working with finance and commercial team on a regular basis to ensure accurate reporting of financial/ commercial metrics.
• Maintain customer relationships to achieve long-term customer retention, satisfaction and growth potential.
• Identifying customer requirements beyond the agreed project scope to increase the business benefit from the project.
• Ensuring all potential opportunities, variations and risks are identified and reported to the Business as soon as possible.
• Use and make available to others knowledge assets to optimize the proposed solution and project costs.

• Outgoing person, skilled in effectively engaging with various business partners and colleagues, with a proactive and outgoing communication style.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management, including a strong track record in risk management, communication management, and process improvement.
• Background in project engineering or contract management, preferably with a focus on the electrical transmission and distribution industry.
• Proven history of contributing to process enhancement, optimization, and automation initiatives.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a successful track record of collaborating with diverse, global teams.
• Knowledgeable about commercial and contractual matters, with a thorough understanding of electrical transmission and distribution standards and technologies.
• Familiarity with CDM Regulations, current H&S legislation, and risk management processes is an added advantage.
• Previous experience in leading small teams, showcasing adaptability, strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office, including MS Project.
