Waste Supervisor - Tires

Job Description

• Ensure the compliance with the local legal requirements, as well central requirements regarding waste management;
• Provides activities related to waste management (nonproduction and production);ensure the activities related to the process of taking over the scrap (production waste) transferred from production, waste disposal (nonproduction and production) to authorized companies with which the factory has contracts concluded;
• Makes regular reports;
• Ensure that the rules of the waste yard layout, waste separation and temporary storage and waste handling, of all waste received at the central waste yard/ramp;
• Organize the logistic and pick up to the waste supplier;
• Transport documentation to be prepared according to legal requirements for each pickup;
• Check the storage according to the defined layout and remediate the identified deficiency;
• Check if the waste loaded in the truck for disposal comply with the internal rules;
• Fill in and check the working documents used inside the waste yard;
• Coordinate activities performed inside the waste yards ( Rubber and NTW) by the waste transporters and handlers; 
• Prepare the documentation for waste validation for external disposal temporary storage weight vs gate scale (validation with the scale at the gate);
• Support the Waste Responsible by coordinating the waste yard temp to fulfilling the daily plan activities.

• Graduated Highschool - real profile; 
• Diploma for graduation of the waste responsible course - is a plus;
• Experience in waste related management activities, at least 1 year - is a plus;
• English - medium level - is a plus;
• Leading people experience at least 1 year - is an advantage.
