    Cerinte

    Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financial, or similar;
    Fluent in English with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting;
    Strong problem-solving and team working attitude;
    Eagerness to learn and develop technical and business expertise in the insurance and financial services sector.

    Responsabilitati

    Preparing and checking specific documents and reports, per the accounting rules and standards in force;
    Recording accurately financial transactions, including income, expenses, investment activities, and financing;
    Analyzing financial records and identifying errors or discrepancies;
    Coordinating with internal departments to obtain the necessary information to record transactions correctly;
    Offering support in managing, developing, and maintaining centralized applications as well as supporting the Group’s Business Units during the IFRS 9 reporting closings;
    Offering support in the implementation of changes in the central applications as well as the resolution of issues related to the closing process;
    Cooperating closely with colleagues such as Business Support owners, Product Owners, Application Leads, IT Supports, and Head Office Business Functions;
    Identifying incidents and addressing problems or any unplanned event that might cause a service disruption referred to central applications;
    Offering support to the Product Owner in preparing, explaining, and clarifying the instructions applicable to the next reporting closing;
    Ensuring the timely execution of the closing processes and procedures (e.g. by providing clarifications on specific points or questions in which no escalation is needed).
