    Requirements

    • Working with analysis and reporting tools;
    • Working with documentation tools (software and documentation tools, mock-ups, diagrams);
    • Work experience on large-scale software development projects in the financial-banking field;
    • Knowledge and understanding of banking business processes from several business areas;
    • Relevant key experience;
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
    • Advanced PC skills (Microsoft Office, UML, Query utilities, Power Point);
    • Knowledge of advanced SQL level at least in one version (T-SQL, PL/SQL; DB2 SQL...);
    • Knowledge of the analysis methodology and documentation of business requirements;
    • Advanced knowledge in data modeling;
    • Knowledge of IT technologies;
    • Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence tools;
    • Knowledge of the SDLC flow and Agile and Waterfall implementation methodologies;
    • Solid expertise in their field of competence;

    • Completed higher studies - bachelor's or master's degree - in Economics, Finance, Computer Science or related field;

    Responsibilities

    • Discuss with business lines, explore business requirements and ideas, come up with recommendations, highlight their feasibility, motivation, benefits and risks;
    • Provides consultancy in the drafting of proposals for requirements and projects together with those responsible for this activity and business lines;
    • Analyzes the impact of the implementation of the business requirements of the initiators on the functioning of the systems in which they are to be implemented or of some systems connected with them from a functional and performance perspective;
    • Provides the effort estimate in the exploratory phase and provides the effort estimate for the analysis phase;
    • Analyzes and documents business requirements, transforms these requirements into functional and non-functional specifications in a structured manner, using the existing methodology;
    • Ensures the quality control of the deliverables provided by business system analyst colleagues by reviewing them and making changes;
    • Supports fellow business system analysts and the team-leader in topics such as: onboarding, knowledge sharing, consulting in areas where he acts as a "subject matter expert" as well as coaching. Play the role of a mentor for new colleagues;
    • Provide training to colleagues in order to implement new functionalities, understanding the impact and explaining the impact of such a change;
    • Provides "subject matter expert" expertise in the projects related to the covered business areas;
    • Provides consultancy within projects related to the business areas covered, but also in the definition, modification and improvement of business processes;
    • Implements projects - acts as a project manager in the department or division in which he works;
    • Participate in the development of the design of the solution together with those responsible for the activity;
    • Provides support in developing test scenarios for ST/SIT and acceptance testing (UAT) to the test analyst;
    • Provides post-implementation support during the stabilization period or after it to system administrators to fix errors related to the new implemented business requirements;
    • Provides support during development and testing: provides additional information and clarifications if they are required, keeps the documentation of business requirements and specifications (functional and non-functional) up to date during the project, operating the approved changes or additions;
    • Provides functional and gap analysis in application procurement (RfP) and documents additional requirements. Participate in the evaluation and selection process;
    • He is responsible for organizing the documentation specific to his business area(s) in order to consolidate know-how.
    • Acquires and maintains sound functional and technical knowledge for the bank's business applications in its sphere of activity;
    • Understand the stages of the software development life cycle and the roles of participants in the SDLC process;
    • Understands both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies;
    • Provides support to security experts for Business Impact
    Analysys (BIA) and IAM (Identity and Access Management);
    • Can update the policies, standards and operational instructions related to the department in which he works;
    • Provides feedback on proposed regulations (standards and procedures) received from other departments with which it collaborates;
    • Acts as a backup for the department manager / team leader;

    • Performs any other task related to the natural flow of the activity and the mission of the position (applies to all specialization levels);
    • Tshaping: will carry out any tasks related to those agreed as team skills growth planning for the current year with the Data Lead and the Product owner within the Product skill matrix exercise and the objectives of the formalized individual development plan;
    • AI & productivity: He is responsible for improving the way of working as well as increasing the productivity of the team using support tools from the bank AI area (e.g., chatgpt, Githubcopilot, other AI frameworks that we implement in the bank;
    • Quality: It will be ensured that the team maintains the level of quality agreed in the Software development lifecycle Procedure ("Quality standards" & the necessary documentation);
    • Ai & productivity/quality: Will support the implementation of good practices in his team as well as in other teams to increase efficiency and quality in the development of solutions/requirements; It will popularize and provide coaching to colleagues in the area of ​​AI tools;
    • Quality: It will be permanently ensured that quality problems in the team are addressed in a structured way. Actively collaborates with novice colleagues to help them improve the quality of deliverables via various mechanisms (e.g., documentation review, code review, rework monitoring, direct feedback to colleagues, etc.)
