Cerinte
+ QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in local and international tax legislation and exposure to tax reporting (e.g.CBC, SAF-T)
• At least 3 years’ experience in the area of tax accounting and reporting, working in an international environment
• University degree in Financial/ Accounting, Economics or Business Administration or similar education.
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge in GAAP (e.g. Romanian GAAP, IFRS will be a plus), accounting and reporting skills
• Knowledge and understanding of financial systems would be an advantage, but not mandatory (e.g. SAP).
• Computer skills (MS Office with advances MS Excel skills, Internet, email etc).
• Capacity to work with large amount of data and critical thinking in identifying issues
• Eager to dive into new topics and to learn new skills.
Responsabilitati
MAIN TASKS
TAX REPORTING
• Preparation and filing of the CbC report, including a high-level review of the tax positions
• Preparation and filing of the EU public CBC report
• Support the establishment of the GloBE reporting (Pillar II) and the respective local filing(s)
• Provides support for the group’s tax reporting and accounting process including, but not limited to, calculation of current and deferred income taxes according to group accounting standards, review of the effective tax rate reconciliation by entity
• Collection of invoices, review bookings and supporting documents for monthly VAT compliance
TRANSFER PRICING
• Quarterly review and initiate adjustments of reimbursement of service entities and respective amendment of service agreements
• Yearly update TP documentations for EU service entities based on a standard template
