EMiA is a multi-skilled team particularizing in technology, IT infrastructure and digital resources for online marketing.
We work as a hub-oriented workspace and are comprised of multiple digital advertising branches. Our efforts are split in four main activities that are regarded as stand-alone businesses.
The way we organize our work life is centered on being able to be efficient, productive and balanced. We believe that each colleague is his own leader and entrepreneur and we support and encourage that attitude. We were never too keen on rules and strict schedules. That’s why we approach the work environment differently.

With all the freedom given within EMiA, self-drive is the main element that pushes us forward. We essentially have the best environment one could ask for as a member of the team.
Our teams are made up of dynamic and creative individuals who are always up for a challenge. With people hailing from different abilities and backgrounds, we do a great job at mixing it all together and being able to learn and pick up skillsets from each other.

We work based on individual and team objectives, but we are constantly looking to bring smart and exciting new people to our team. As far as the recruitment and hiring process go, similar to our way of work, we try to keep it easy and simple.
How do we get to know each other?
Once you apply for an open position or send your CV for future opportunities, our HR department will review your application. If your skills and experience align with what we're looking for, we’ll reach out for a quick phone chat. During this call, we tell you a bit more about us and you’ll share more about the type of role, company culture, and environment you’re seeking. If we feel a mutual spark, we’ll set up a “first date” – our initial interview.
Depending on the position and your level of experience, we aim to streamline the process, often combining 2-3 stages into one. We know your time is precious and the traffic is not helping.
Things will go as follows: HR interview, a technical discussion with your future manager, and sometimes a task simulation to give you a taste of the role.
If we’re still vibing after that, you’ll meet part of our top management team. This is the second and last time we get to date you.
If everything clicks, we’ll send you a financial offer to make things official. Once you accept, we’ll be a match made in employment heaven, and we’ll see you again on your first day of work.
You get the point: we don’t like wasting time and we really seek work buddies who will be part of the team and contribute to our culture and work ethic.
