What is the recipe for finding the right job?

Florentina`s advice is to know yourself, your needs, strengths and weaknesses. You have to know yourself very well so you can decide what are the best options for you and to plan how would you like your career to look like.

The right job is very subjective but one should rotate around the culture of the company, the product that the company is offering, what you can learn at the job and the team.

How to get the right skills?

It`s important to have the will to develop, to learn new things about the field in which you`ll going to work and to adapt to the process of onboarding. The companies usually provide you training at the beginning of your job, they give you all the knowledge required to excel in the new position. Another important step is a mentorship program. A mentor can guide you, help you to develop new skills or to improve the skills you have.

In today's dynamic work environment, where innovation is the heartbeat of progress, the will to learn, and the ability to adapt are non-negotiable attributes. A growth mindset that embraces continuous learning not only enriches your own capabilities but also enhances your contributions to the organization's success.

Special advice from Bogdan

If you see a job that requires some years of experience, you should apply even if you don`t meet that requirement. The companies don’t always find out the needed candidates in that required age range and start looking for less experienced candidates but with great potential and start investing into it.
