About the Program

This unique development program is an excellent opportunity to accelerate your career, by enhancing your skills, building meaningful relationships, and participating in challenging and innovative projects while rotating through various areas of the firm. We offer the following streams: Software Engineering, Functional Customer Support, Technical Customer Support, Human Resources and Finance.
 

You will be supported with mentorship and training throughout the program to help guide your career development and while you take on various challenges you will get to work with awesome people in a highly collaborative environment.

Here’s what you can expect.
  • A rotational development program designed to give you exposure to our different business areas within one of the offered streams to gain an understanding of Finastra as a whole.

Rotation pathways will depend on various factors, including your career interests, development needs, location, and business demands. Once you have completed the FINStarter program, you will have the

Finastra CSR Campaigns

We have a corporate philanthropy matching program, where Finastra can double the money its employees fundraise for charities they support, assuming their cause is aligned to our CSR goals.

In addition to our global and local CSR initiatives, Finastra encourages its employees to volunteer their time and participate in programs we have created for them to enact positive social change.

Our maiden program is the “Hour of Code” from Code.org, which was facilitated by our parent company Vista Equity Partners. The program enables each member of our 4,500+ R&D workforce to take time out to run coding clubs for children and teach software development to less privileged members of society.
