- Experience in recruitment, preferably at least 1 year experience in the recruitment field;
- Willing to learn and develop new skills and work with different type of profiles;
- Sociable and team-oriented;
- Autonomous and capacity to work independently;
- Good organizational skills;
- Advanced English communication skills.
Responsabilitati
- Builds together with the manager the recruitment strategy depending on the vacancy (profile, sources, budget, selection stages, labor market insights, etc.);
- Prioritizes projects and optimizes recruitment and selection based on business impact and needs;
- Provides support in interviewing candidates and making hiring decisions, according to the established recruitment policy for each Business Unit and level of position;
- Fits within the time limits agreed and ensures application compatibility with the searched profile;
- Manages the mass recruitment processes for the opening of new stores;
- Plans and anticipates resources needed to support business expansion (recruiting talent, store openings).
