Requirements

Technical University degree (Science, Materials, Engineering)
Minimum 3 years of experience with product validation or material analysis
Knowledge about validation of a product (PV/DV)
Very good English or German skills
Very good intercultural abilities
Team player

Responsibilities

Your roles and responsibilities:

Management of projects in the function of PE as part of the core team in the PDP process
Lead project team meetings of the extended PE team
Planning of the entire production process
Definition of assembly concepts, line layouts and technical solutions
Preparation of documents for customer offers
Implementation of MSP and capex approval
Preparation of specifications according to MAHLE Template & coordination with suppliers (specifications)
Procurement of machines and assembly equipment
Procurement of purchased parts in the project (in coordination with project purchasing)
Organization and participation of PDP Reviews
Carry out project controlling
Organization of internal (IPA) and external (EPA) process series approvals
Drive project start and completion
Management of complex strategic projects as well as extensive rationalization projects in the plant
Technical planning for complex product changes (ECM) in the plant
Individual responsibility to achieve the targets
Immediate feedback to the supervisor in case of danger in default
Autonomous processing of tasks to achieve the set goals
Compliance with safety and quality regulations
Monitoring of compliance with work processes and process regulations
Main contact person and interface in the start-up project for the St Michael plant
Motivation of the team members
Compliance with Group standards and representation of these to suppliers and customers
Continuous improvement
Ensuring product manufacturability over the entire term
