    Requirements

    o Fluent English is mandatory
    o Pursuing a BA in Business Development/Marketing or related field
    o Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Applications
    o Comfortable in a multinational environment

    The mission of the PTC Academic team is to empower students and educators to succeed in the next generation of industry where physical and digital worlds converge. PTC Academic offerings prepare students to design, manufacture, operate, and service things for an increasingly smart, connected world.

    Your Impact:

    In the PTC Academic Team, we believe our interns are vital to the success of the academic program, and the work our interns are tasked with reflects this belief. The Business Operations intern will work directly on a variety of different projects that will help the intern obtain a diverse skillset across order management, analytics and overall business applications. Based on the nature of the internship, you will gain exposure to common business functions and practices used across leading companies globally.

    You will have the opportunity to share your thoughts and opinions on process improvement and impact the future practices in the organization. Your work as an intern will be equal parts rewarding and challenging.

    Your Day-To-Day:

    o Enter and extract data from various applications including Oracle and SalesForce. Analyse data to identify potential areas of improvement and present key information to management
    o Assist team members in conducting research by gathering data, identifying options, and creating reports with detailed findings
    o Work closely with your manager to book orders and ensure our customers receive prompt service and accurate information through our order management service
