Requirements

- Higher technical studies

- General knowledge of automobiles

- Advanced knowledge of English

- Beginner level of French (A2)

- Very good communication skills

- Synthesis and organizational skills

Responsibilities

- Creating new generic parts and parts links in client databases

- Modifying generic parts and parts links to customer databases

- Creating new technical terms in the client-specified database

- Tracking all processes and validations for all requests for generic (creation, modification, reactivation) and dictionary terms (creation, modification, reactivation)

- Intervening as technical support for company personnel when needed to ensure good use of the databases used in the company's projects

- Managing the generic parts database in the application requested by the client

- Managing the client's customer database for generic or reactivated generic parts

- Applying the company's quality management procedures and proposing new solutions within the company
