Requirements
• University degree/diploma (e.g. in economics, accountancy)
• English (fluent, verbally and written)
• Strong communication skills
• At least 3 year experience in financial analysis
• Around 5 years experience in Finance field, planning and analysis is preferred
• Advance MS Office (Excel, Access) skills
• Previous experience with SAP ERP systems
• Experience with BPC tools is an advantage
• Experience working in a multi-lingual international organization
Responsibilities
• Perform periodic reviews of the Balance sheet and Profit and loss statements
• Prepare, review and own reporting for balance sheet incl. audit trace for compliance with accounting and audit standards
• Maintain depreciation model and timely updates in asset module in SAP
• Assist in financial audit process
• Own time-writing and SAP project administration (set-up, compliance, maintenance)
• Provide monthly performance management reports to various business teams as well as country management teams
• Conduct entity cost control and cost analysis
• Support the preparation of the monthly close (system readiness, intercompany inputs)
• Support the monthly Forecast exercise and Annual Plan cycle
• Provide guidance to GL / AP team in LPSC on clean and automated administration
• Assist project teams with financial guidance on an Ad-hoc basis
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting requests
