Mission

Within the Functional Support team charged with the HCM products, the HR Expert consultant will interview on the offers entrusted to the team, as follows:

• HR Interview and Training Kiosk
• Talent management
• Salary review

In This Scope, He Performs The Following Tasks

• Provide support and assistance to internal teams 



 
•  

By SIEBEL, process the requests deposited by the ADP, customer service and set up teams. It may be a diagnosis following a malfunction of the application at a customer, a correction to be made on the basis of the client due to a defect in the application, an explanation on the operation of the application, a required advice, etc.

• Taking part in the progress of products



 
•  

Analysing the dysfunctions of the applications noticed in the SIEBEL tickets.

Issuing the correction and progress requests of the applications.

Taking part in the drafting of needs' expressions.

• Taking part in the deployment of versions 



 
•  

Take the competence on the evolutions and corrections delivered in the new major or maintenance versions to ensure the assistance under the best conditions.

• Taking part in the enrichment of the knowledge base 

Write solution sheets and operating modes to empower our internal customers.

Desired Skills

• Knowledge of HR professions and practices, including management of in-house training and interviews
• Good knowledge and if possible experience in the field of SI DECIDIUM components
• Knowledge and ability to learn the technical flows and architecture
• Knowledge and ability to learn the diagnosis tools provided (e.g.: Database analytics tool-DBHAWK)
• Good analytical and synthesis spirit
• Curiosity to process the assistance requests
• Good teaching and writing skills
• Operational autonomy
• Very good level of written and spoken French
