General Data Protection Regulation Analyst with French

Your Mission:

As a General Data Protection Regulation Analyst you will be tasked with assisting the Programmes and Change management department with ensuring GDPR compliance procedures and processes are met.

Your Role in a Nutshell:

• Provide support to Société Générale employees on General Data Protection Regulation via email following regulations stipulated by the European Union;
• Ensuring a transparent and comprehensive answer and approach to employees’ questions regarding their personal data;
• Responsibilities include initial assessment, triage, research and resolution of cases on General Data Protection Regulation;
• Properly escalates requests for further resolution as per escalation matrix;
• Recurrent interactions with actors included in the end to end process, like Data Protection Officer/Data Protection Manager based in France, HR, Global Technical Solutions and others;
• Produce audit reporting (accessible via Neocase) to the supervisory authority (Data Protection Officer/Data Protection Manager);
• Part of audit and compliance check lead by operations manager and/or internal stakeholders as Data Protection Officer/Data Protection Manager and Compliance;
• Maintain and protect confidentiality with regard to all aspects of employee information.

A little about You:

• Bachelor degree, preferably in law field;
• Advanced in French and  English;
• Strong skills in terms of process and data mapping;
• Understanding of GDPR – would be an advantage;
• Previous GDPR Programme experience would be highly appreciated.
