• University graduated (engineering preferable);
• Technical background, or strong technical common-sense ;
• Good command of the English language ;
• Good command of computer (MS Office and ERP Systems) ;
• Strong communication skills ;
• Excellent teamwork skills ;
• Able to organize own activities ;
• Customer focus and result-oriented attitudes ;
• Negotiation skills ;
• Focused, accurate, consequent, tenacious ;
• Able to give assistance.
You will act independently within your clients and will be an important part of our Inside Sales team, supporting mainly their activities. Reporting to the Office Manager, the appointed person will have the following responsibilities:
- Receipt and evaluation of customer orders;
- Generate the commercial quotes by selecting the optimal technical solutions;
- Performing availability check of materials, as well as customers’ credit control;
- Fast responding (Offering) to customers’ requests;
- Follow-up of the Order - cycle in order to ensure the timely delivery and customer
satisfaction;
- Collect customer claims and keep track of corrective actions;
- Give support to the market regarding company’s products and the general sales
activity (customer care);
- Keep the relation between Area Sales Managers and allocated clients.
