CNC Programmer - CES (TSR)

A special competence within Continental Engineering Services is the ModelShop, a high-tech, well equipped department for the production of prototypes, samples, design patterns, and small series. For the most creative and flexible craftsmen and inventors of the ModelShop there is only one motto: "For our craftsmanship, nothing is impossible!". The CES ModelShop in Timisoara will be active in following domains:

* Electronic Manufacturing of pre-production samples;
* Electronic Manufacturing of small series;
* Mechanical parts machining and assembly, various CNC machines operation;
* Form Casting. http://www.conti-engineering.com Responsibilities:
* Use CAD software to make part modifications;
* Design tools and fixtures needed in milling process;
* Use CAM software to make programs for 3 axis mills;
* Operate 3 axis mills. A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.


* At least 2 years experience in CNC mill programming;
* Understand technical drawings, including dimensions, tolerances, etc;
* Have good mechanics knowledge (parts assembling, fittings, etc);
* Understand technological aspects of making mechanical parts and assemblies;
* Understand ISO G-code would be an advantage;
* English language at medium level;
* German language would be an advantage.
