    Our presence in Automotive R&D market in Timisoara begun in 2007 when we started as BeeSpeed – Timisoara Engineering Center having a strong partnership with ZF Group along this journey.     Cerinte

    Bachelor degree (related to electrical or electronic engineering, computer science,
    physics) or experience in software testing
    Previous experience in Team Leading roles
    Relevant experience in embedded software testing
    Self motivated and motivating others, people oriented
    Strong interpersonal, planning and organizational skills
    Knowledge of automotive standards and automotive experience would be a plus
    Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)

    Responsabilitati

    Operational orientation as a main focus and has to support/ assure compliance with the strategic defined for the department
    Coordinate activities in the area of Software and System Testing
    Assure workload for the team members, develop periodical workload estimations, evaluate the team members activity, provide feedback for performance improvement, support people motivation and retention strategies, plan team's future development, involve in the recruitment activities
