    Previous experience in Team Leading roles
    Good know-how in embedded programming
    Experience with AUTOSAR Base Software
    Good communications skills in English (German is a plus)
    Self motivated and motivating others, people oriented
    Strong interpersonal, planning and organizational skills
    Knowledge of automotive standards and automotive experience

    Responsabilitati

    Lead and coordinate an Embedded SW Development Team with focus on AUTOSAR Base Software
    Define strategies and plans for own Team, based on Group and Department strategy
    Plan, track and evaluate the development activities in own Team to meet the deadlines
    Ensure the required quality level over the development process
    Facilitate the communication channel with external partners (PM, Customer, Other Teams)
    Keep contact with other Teams for knowledge sharing
    Act as technical coach for the Team Members
    Increase the knowledge / skillset of the Team Members
    Evaluate the performance and potential for the Team Members
    Actively take part in staffing activities for own Team
    Estimate Team's needs in terms of equipment, travelling, training
