Purchasing Trainee

Requirements:

• Graduate in Economic or Law field;

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;

• Advanced level of English (spoken & written);

• Good communication and negotiation skills;

• Problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare market analysis and prospect for new suppliers (benchmarking);

• Fill in the suppliers database and manage it (PUMA, SAP and SRM tools);

• Launch RFQ’s (quote requests);

• Manage the relation with the suppliers, send them purchasing orders and contracts;

• Prepare presentations, situations, specific to the purchasing activity;

• Participate in improving work activities through Improvement Proposals (PI).
