QA Automation Engineer

Responsibilities: 

·  contribute toward predictable delivery of quality releases 
·  design and write test automation scripts 
·  use test automation frameworks, provide automation expertise to our development teams 
·  investigate problems in software as a result of testing 
·  work with the product owners and software developers to find solutions 
·  create, document and maintain a robust log of all test cases and test results 
·  mentor team members on automation 
·  use complete and adequate measures and KPIs to report on software quality 
  
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

·  3+ years of working in QA automation 
·  strong understanding of automated QA processes in agile development environments 
·  strong working knowledge of testing fundamentals such as TDD & BDD 
·  experience in working with automation test tools (like Selenium, HPE, TestComplete, Ranorex, etc) 
·  basic knowledge of SQL 
  
Advantageous:

·  experience in working on SaaS and multi tenant cloud applications 
·  experience in creating and maintaining API performance tests 
·  ISTQB, CSQA or CSTE certified
