Customer Service Trainee - Nestlé Needs YOUth

Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Join our Customer Service team for 4 months, full time (8h/day) or part time (6h/day)!

You may be perfect for the role if you are:

• A student or fresh graduate, with previous internship or volunteering experience
• Curious, patient, attentive, goal-oriented and positive
• A good communicator
• A good user of Excel and Power Point
• Fluent in English

Main responsibilities:

• You will interact with customers, and you will learn how to develop the right attitude and skills specific to each channel
• You will learn to develop and maximise sales by handling the customer purchase
• Provide Back-Office support regarding contract and customer data management
• Raise valuable customer insights to management: feedbacks, insights, ideas of innovation
• Identify some areas of improvement in process, tools, organisation, speech, services
