    You have recently graduated from a University or are in your final year of studies about to graduate
    • You may have up to 2 years of experience

    YOUR KEY ROLES AS MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
     
    • Actively participate in the RISE program (on-the-job tasks, mentoring and training assigned
    • Participate or lead departamental and cross-functional business projects
    • Take full responsability with planning and orgnanizing activities to your assignment, as well as delivery of assigned objectives, projects and results
    • Develop and maintain relationship with colleagues from own team, other departments, mentors
    • Actively propose process and business improvemen
