    HR Professional – Talent acquisition

    Responsibilities:
     

    · Act as a member of a global talent acquisition team

    · Be a consultative partner for hiring managers and their teams

    · Implement effective sourcing, interviewing and evaluation activities for a wide variety of requisitions

    · Manage full recruiting process cycle to meet the various staffing goals within multiple business units

    · Train and advise interview teams on processes and tools

    · Report, analyze and track recruitment KPIs

    · Promote and support corporate initiatives and programs

    · Active involvement inn employee relations topics

    · Be part of new HR projects and initiatives for the location

    Qualifications:
     

    · A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent skills

    · Fluency in English;

    · At least 2 years of full cycle recruitment experience

    · Experience of recruiting a variety of positions to include: Engineering, IT and/or other Corporate Functions

    · Experience with application tracking systems

    · Knowledge in Microsoft office and strong knowledge of Social Media utilization for recruiting

    · Experience with analyzing data and building reports in Excel is essential

    · Strong verbal and written communication
