Requirements

- Excellent knowledge of the English language, both verbal and written (advanced skills)
- Customer focus
- Must be able to communicate to clients in a professional manner;
- Basic typing skills and keyboard control functions to enhance data entry productivity.

Responsibilities

Respond to clients inquiries related to services and processes via email/phone;

- Resolves clients questions, complaints and requests;
- Attention to detail;
- Emphasis on quality and strive towards zero defects within target productivity goals.
