Introduction

The SW Integration Engineer will be part of a team responsible for managing the build and delivery of the completed high-end embedded automotive software to the relevant project stakeholders.

Your tasks & responsibilities

We’re looking for someone who owns it and takes it to the next level not just someone that wants a job. In this role, you will:

• Setup of branches and delivery strategies according to Project Plan
• Build and integrate deliveries from contributing parties (. platform, development domains, third parties) based on the existing Release Plan
• Manage continuous builds and communicate build issues to the respective development teams
• Release the integrated software for the next development step (. System Test)
• Create detailed reports of the delivered builds
• Develop and maintain tools to automate the integration process
• Contribute to development of Software Integration and Integration Test strategy
• Act according the standards of the automotive industry and in-car applications and software development processes

Your skills

• 4 years+ of experience as a software developer, tester or integrator, preferably in automotive SW projects
• Solid knowledge of scripting and software code: python, bash
• Very good knowledge in terms of Software Integration methodologies
• Experience working with Version Control Systems (Git is a plus)
• Linux expertise
• User-level Linux knowledge
• Experience working with embedded systems
• Knowledge of process models (Automotive SPICE is a plus)
• Good English communication skills both written and verbal
