Requirements

Your Skills and Knowledge:

o Fluent English is mandatory
o Pursuing a BA in Business DevelopmentMarketing or related field
o Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Applications
o Comfortable in a multinational environment
o Data driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Your Day-To-Day:

Enter and extract data from various applications including Oracle and Salesforce. Analyze data to identify potential areas of improvement and present key information to management
Assist team members in conducting research by gathering data, identifying options, and creating reports with detailed findings
Work closely with your manager to book orders and ensure our customers receive prompt service and accurate information through our order management service.

PTC Academic offerings prepare students to design, manufacture, operate, and service things for an increasingly smart, connected world.

The Academic team at PTC is a mix of designers, creators, engineers and educators exploring modern EdTech solutions. As the Academic Business Operations Intern, you will work closely with the Partner Optimization Group Lead and larger academic team to identify and implement processes crucial to the academic business. In turn, you will be directly impacting and improving the university business and helping our customers adopt and renew PTC products. Our team is highly collaborative, and you will work regularly with members of the team to grow and develop your skills.

The Business Operations intern will work directly on a variety of different projects that will help the intern obtain a diverse skillset across order management, analytics and overall business applications. Based on the nature of the internship, you will gain exposure to common business functions and practices used across leading companies globally. You will have the opportunity to share your thoughts and opinions on process improvement and impact the future practices in the organization. Your work as an intern will be equal parts rewarding and challenging.
