Cerinte

· University degree/diploma (e.g. in business, management, economics, etc)
· English & Dutch (fluent, verbally and written)
· 2 years’ experience working in Customer Service
· Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Access) skills
· Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and tools an advantage
· Continuous improvement mindset
· Experience working in a multi-lingual international organization
· Financial and Commercial skills + analytical ability
· Able to work under pressure and in periods with peaks
· Broad knowledge of the automotive industry / market

Responsabilitati

· Elaborate calculations, specific calculations and S&LB pricing
· Contribute to conversion to better performing offers
· Being able to determine a comparable alternative in order to improve efficiency
· Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships
· Recommend process improvements to create greater efficiency
