Cerinte

To be successful in this role, you will need:
• To enjoy your morning coffee with great colleagues
• To be a strong communicator and an independent, self-driven, proactive and ambitious person
• International experience
• Track record of extracurricular activities
• Excellent command of the English language and preferably in a second foreign language
• To be a fresh graduate with a Master’s degree (or in a Master’s senior year) in the field of Business, Trade or Hoteling Business School, no longer than three years ago, with very good results

Responsabilitati

Join us as and you will:
• Benefit of meaningful learning & development opportunities meant to facilitate your career growth
• Be enrolled in a structured 2-year program. In this period you will go through five different phases, with time span from three to six months each. Two of the phases will be taking part abroad. One of these will be in the company headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany)
• Handle significant projects meant to help building business understanding and developing entrepreneurship
• Perform cross-functional assignments to support gaining knowledge across various company departments
• Benefit of a large exposure to day-to-day METRO life and to impactful business projects, interaction with senior management
• Receive mentoring and guidance from highly experienced leaders
• Have an active performance tracking and development feedback
