Mihaela is helplessly in love with learning, innovation and wellbeing. With a wide breadth of experience, bringing her blended perspective from working in NGOs, freelance consulting, corporate communication, journalism and marketing, she now focuses on building global learning and development solutions that drive high performance for employees. Her superpower is simplifying complex knowledge and translating it to help people discover the solutions they are looking for. Mihaela’s peak focus is in the afternoon and when not running learning programs, you will find her either teaching a fitness dance concept she brought to Romania or experimenting new food recipes.
