Madalina started her career in Kellogg 4 years ago and has since held various roles in Global Leadership Development, Talent Management, and Learning and Development. Prior to this, she worked as a Training Specialist and English instructor, having graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages in Bucharest.
Madalina is passionate about training, employee engagement, and volunteering, as she has been an active member of Kellogg’s CSR and Social Committee teams.
