Responsibilities
To participate in the definition and in the implementation of distribution and sales strategy to achieve the
organization’s short and long-term turnover objectives at regional level.
To assure a perfect link between field force and headquarters in order to implement distribution and sales
strategy of the brand.
• Ensure the achievement of sales turnover
• Recruit, develop and manage his/her teams. Ensure development of sales expertise and know-how
• Coaching of sales team in the field
• Determine sales targets and monitor the achievement of objectives
• Develop sales strategies and annual business sales plan aligned with the objectives decided by Sales Director
• Develop strong relationships with the major clients within the region
• Organise and run events for clients
• Inform management about any relevant field news (competition initiatives, distribution…)
