    Requirements

    Ability to work with cross-functional teams;
    Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
    Upper-intermediate or advanced level of English;
    Experience in working with JIRA and MSOffice (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.);
    Be able to quickly and clearly understand the business strategy to ensure the decisions are aligned accordingly;
    Time management skills & workflow management skills;
    Nice to have: project management skills;
    Nice to have: ITIL knowledge.

    Responsibilities

    We are looking for a new Intern, with a real passion for technology and problem solving, and with the gift of bringing order to chaos, to join our Incidents & Capacity Management Team, part of the IT Governance department in Bucharest!
    Capacity management’s main activity is to develop and maintain analytical tools that will help us identify, predict and avoid capacity issues, especially for the parts of our business which can affect our clients.
    Capacity management is built as a proactive process in which data is being gathered, analyzed and reacted upon with appropriate and innovative solutions.

    Responsibilities:
    Monitor and analyze data gathered for Capacity plans;
    Help building and maintaining necessary tools for an efficient Capacity monitoring;
    Follow-up on Capacity plans and their implementation;
    Submit any encountered issue/ request to the appropriate team (the team with the capacity to solve it);
    Follow up on each request to make sure it is solved correctly and in a timely manner;
    After the request is reported as solved, check the results to ensure they are appropriate for our needs.
