Requirements

University degree in human relations or related field
At least 3 years’ experience in an HR position, preferred in an IT company
Several years of experience in recruiting
Very good knowledge of active sourcing via LinkedIn
Experience in preparing & moderating workshops
Labor legislation knowledge
Good communication skills and ability to connect easily with other people
Fluent English language skills written and spoken
German language is a plus
Structured, analytic, strategic, and self-responsible way of working
Willingness to further development

Responsibilities

Mainly responsible for company-wide recruiting
Full cycle recruitment for various positions in IT
Offer support to employees and management in HR related topics
Maintenance of HR internal systems
Support in On & Off Boarding
Keeping up to date with HR polices, updating and communicating company’s internal regulations
Collaborating with your team to accomplish your common goals
Support to improve internal processes and systems
Getting involved in various internal initiatives and projects
