Requirements

Completed training or studies in IT area;
Extensive experience in dealing with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo;
Excellent consultant qualities as well as result and customer orientation;
Strong communication skills and confident demeanor;
Experience with applications such as Confluence, SharePoint and other platforms is an advantage;
Experience in working with development and specialist departments;
Certifications in the Atlassian environment are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Guidance for development and business departments in dealing with Atlassian applications;
Requirements analysis for new and existing projects;
Organization of workshops and training courses;
Adaptation of Jira and Confluence to customer needs;
Evaluation of plugins and design of new plugins;
Configuration of Jira, Jira Service Desk, Confluence, Bitbucket and other applications in the Atlassian environment platform;
Implementation of application and plugin updates;
Close cooperation with Atlassian sales;
Working in customer-oriented, small project teams.
