When we are selecting our trainees, we focus on the idea “hire for attitude, train for skills” so beside a university degree (or final year of study - University of Bucharest, Management & Public Administration -would be nice to have) you will have to demonstrate:

    • Good command of English;
    • Proactive attitude;
    • Analytical skills;
    • Appetite for digital;
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Excel intermediate level (PIVOT, VLOOKUP, IF, CHARTS, RANGE, DROP LIST)
    • Word advance level;
    • Project management knowledge would be a plus;
