We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and creative colleagues keen to learn and develop within Finance & Accounting field. When we are selecting our trainees, we focus on the idea “hire for attitude, train for skills” so beside a university degree (or final year of study - Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies- Accounting and Management Information Systems or Economics) you will have to demonstrate:
- Good command of English;
- Proactive attitude;
- Analytical skills;
- Appetite for digital;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excel intermediate level (PIVOT, VLOOKUP, IF, CHARTS, RANGE, DROP LIST)
- Project management knowledge would be a plus;
- SAP knowledge – would be a plus;
- Classic accounting knowledge would be a plus;
- Analysis and controlling knowledge would be a plus;
