Looking for a Skilled Work force Analyst

Requirements and eligibility criteria for this position:
•    Proficient level of English
•    Microsoft Office (Excel) knowledge - advanced level
•    Ability to work under pressure •    Organizational skills

•     Strong problem-solving skill and interest in resolving complex situations
•     Capacity to influence decisions based on data

Responsibilities
• Develop and send to appropriate people various reports, including detailed forecasts, schedules, work schedule, performance for review
• To keep the database up to date, to analyze trends and to come up with recommendations for improvement to the management team
• Work directly with the department manager and come up with strategic planning recommendations, implementations and forecasts and ensure that objectives have been met
• Create weekly staff planning
• To generate daily reports related to the established shifts, to adjust where the need of the project requires it and to make the necessary changes in the work schedule
• To optimize the work schedule according to the requirements so as to contribute to the achievement of the objectives on the project • To monitor compliance with established processes and working methods;
• To plan and ensure the implementation of the processes on the project of which it is part
