We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and creative colleagues keen to learn and develop within Customer Service field. When we are selecting our trainees, we focus on the idea “hire for attitude, train for skills” so beside a university degree (or final year of study) you will have to demonstrate:
- Appetite for digital;
- Good command of English;
- Proactive attitude;
- Analytical skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Passion for customer satisfaction;
- Excel intermediate level (PIVOT, VLOOKUP, IF, CHARTS, RANGE, DROP LIST);
- Project management knowledge would be a plus.
