    Speakers:
     
    Amalia Sandu is a Learning & Development professional with an experience of 8 years in education, being part of the DB Schenker family for 5 years. Every work day for her is composed of courses, trainings, experiential learning and public speaking, of course.  She is passionate about constantly developing herself and others. 





     

    Corina Gorun is currently Operations Manager in the Accounts Receivable Department of DB Schenker GBS, with 7 years of experience in various roles in Accounts Receivable. She has made a life-long passion out of education, and is also Cambridge-certified in teaching adults. In her role of people manager, apart from being very competitive about operational targets, she derives a lot of satisfaction from developing people. She often organizes workshops to support her colleagues directly in improving certain skills and also guides her team in coaching-mode to discover their potential, grow it and use it to boost their careers.
