Bosch Automotive Blaj is a production unit that started its activity in 2007, under Bosch Rexroth division, for Industrial Technology sector. The plant grew fast, in terms of both buildings and products, and starting with 2012 it began to produce for Automotive Industry, specifically for Chassis Control System and Powertrain Solutions.

Blaj is one of the three plants in Europe where NOx Sensors are produced, sensors that are part of Bosch revolutionary innovation in diesel technology. Your contribution to something big:

• Perform product validation tests and reports for PS products and failure analysis.
• Support for activities carried out in the testing and analysis laboratory especially in failure analysis process;
• Managing database for test reports, updating with the information necessary for test activities needed on Product Audit (AQ-Z test);
• Use of SAP system in both portals P99 and P98 in order to identified technical data of the products from area of responsibility (PRV,TKU.QC);
• Support for external tests required to be perform for Q-Z with similar products from another Bosch Plant Location (Eisenach, SzhP);
• Create and defined work instructions used in the lab for daily work activities (procedures);
• Reporting in digital format all the tests necessary to be done in case of customer complaints (0_km incidents or claims coming from field) based on our findings;
