If she had to choose a word to represent her, Cristina would say Kaizen; in Japanese it means continuous improvement. Studying this concept, Cristina understood its applicability in the field in which she works. For her, human resources are at the heart of any organization, and HR functions play a role in supporting the company's health.

Mihaela Chiru

Mihaela coordinates the activity of the recruitment team from BCR, having 14 years of experience in the HR field. She believes in the value of open communication and takes her energy and inspiration from interacting with people and nature. She wants, together with the team, to bring together the right people with the right jobs, putting the candidates' experience first.
