    “I first discovered my passion for French payroll in December 2017, when I joined ADP as a Payroll Specialist for the Major Accounts France team and successfully transitioned Clients from France to Bucharest team. My professional curiosity, the eagerness to acquire payroll expertise and my enthusiasm for sharing this expertise with others led to my promotion as a Subject Matter Expert one year later. In this new role, I contributed to the payroll onboarding training, to the development of the team’s expertise, while focusing on continuous process improvement and standardization.
    It was at this point in my career that I rediscovered the beauty of training delivery and, shortly after, I was presented with the opportunity to become Trainer for the France Payroll Teams. This amazing experience allowed me to work closely with my colleagues on various projects and develop new skills which in turn granted me the possibility to accede to a new role in my career – the one of Team Leader in ADP.”

    I have taken up the position of Team Leader for the Global payroll implementation team starting March 2020.

    I joined ADP in September 2015, as a Streamline Implementation Payroll Specialist, being part of the France SBS team and was then promoted to SME within the same team. In June 2017 I moved to my first position as Team leader for France Payroll Migrations team.

    As previous experience, before joining ADP, I worked as SME within Accenture Timisoara. With more than 7 years of experience in payroll services, I keep my “can do” attitude, always being focused on improving processes, customer satisfaction and myself as a professional. I still think we can do more than we have even thought if we keep our “can do” spirit alive. As a leader I like to make people aware of their potential and work next to them to help them understand how powerful we are together. The sky is the limit!

    When it comes to my daily work, I like to be focused on high performance, quality and productivity of my team.

    I graduated the West University of Timisoara and I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign languages. After that, I studied the management of the competitiveness.

    I like very much to spend time with my daughter. She is the prove that no matter how old or young you are, you can always help the others remember things that they forgot to enjoy.
