Sashko Morokhovskyi

Supply Chain has been my passion from my very first job. My 15+ years of experience cover a wide range of aspects in all supply chain areas - Transport; Warehouse; Customs; Supply and Demand Planning; Customer Service; Customer Collaboration, Regional Distribution, Manufacturing, Fleet, Marketing Equipment Management in international environment. In 2018 I relocated to Romania and since then my career has been a roller coaster. Today I lead an E2E Supply Chain which includes both Manufacturing sites in Romania – Beverages and Snacks and the entire Customer Services & Logistics area having a team of more than 1000 people. It has been a very intense journey over the past years – growing the business and ensuring WH and Manufacturing footprint/capacity by building and automatizing new WHs, installing new production lines, redesigning SC network, focusing on Service and customer satisfaction and optimizing the cost and many more.

Adriana Nestoriuc

Marketing is my greatest passion and I held diverse roles in the past 20+ years’ in diverse structures - local, regional and global. Together with my team, we drove marketing initiatives and campaigns for PepsiCo brands such as Pepsi, Mirinda, 7UP, you name it. I was also in the team that drove Pepsi & Lay’s to the next level in UEFA Champions League in CEE markets, back in 2015. Two years back I’ve decided to take on a new challenge and I moved to Dublin in a global marketing team. I feel energized by challenges, diversity, people & purpose and I like to inspire more smiles across consumers and those I work with.
