Cerinte

Minimum of 2 years of experience in leading agile projects as a product manager or equivalent
Experience in managing products in an Agile environment
A good understanding of the tech stack and product life cycle - start-to-end app development process
Always wanting to deliver the best measurable results

Good time management, able to set up priorities and to monitor progress

Engineering understanding:

Knowledge and understanding of technical engineering best practices (e.g., test-driven development, continuous integration, etc.)
Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and microservice architectures
A basic idea about (at least) one programming language, would be a big plus
Advanced knowledge of product development and Agile methodology
Collaborate with the UX/UI team to research, develop and validate the UI flows to be implemented
Support the agile team with business information
Fluent in English both written and spoken
High willingness to travel in Romania and abroad up to 30% of the time.

As a Product Manager, you will be the essential link between the business owners and a dedicated agile team.

Purpose of your Product:

The Checkout User Management product team builds the UX an UI of the future METRO checkout solution that will be deployed in 24 countries and more then 700 stores locations.

We have developed and continue to improve an omni-channel Point of Sale checkout solution that runs on any device, allowing not only hardware flexibility, but also the possibility to check out from any corner of the store in a friendly, secure and innovative way.

The product team works closely and gets constant feedback from its 16.000 users.

In return, the users expect to interact with a user-friendly, intuitive and efficient GUI, enabling, in the end, a frictionless checkout experience for our customers.
