The ING International Talent Programme is a tailor-made 2-year graduate programme. Simply bring your skills, energy and unique personality. In return, we will provide you with a structured level of training and guidance through exciting growth opportunities. Personal and professional.

Can you find solutions for tackling risks and think ahead about the consequences of unexpected situations? The Risk Track of the ING International Talent Programme prepares you for an essential role in our company. Our Risk team represents a strategic partner for our management team. We count on you to provide the advice that enables us to make the right decisions for sustainable success. Keep in mind that this programme will prepare you for future management roles in Risk.
If your goal is to become a Chief Risk Officer, you’ve come to the right place. Moreover, our CRO can become your mentor.

    Get to know Risk

How would you define Risk? Our view on Risk is one that makes ING an important part of the socio-economic context that enables people to stay a step ahead in life and business in a safe and prudent manner. Confidentiality is important as our work involves sensitive data. By the end of the Risk Track, you will be fully equipped to take the next step in your career towards being a high-value specialist or people manager. It’s your decision and your mentor will be there to guide you.

You will get to know how the local risk teams are organized and how they all work together with our business lines. Together with your talent manager and your mentor you’ll define your development plan. Your rotations will include projects both from the Financial Risk (Credit Risk) and Non-Financial Risk (Operational Risk and Compliance) areas. The unique journey as a trainee offers you the chance to get great exposure to various subjects and numerous mentors and colleagues within the risk area as well as test your skill in a fast-paced environment.
